Visual Bliss is a small specialist company based in Devon, S.W.England, making quality original decor for different uses.
Since we started in 1996 we have produced a unique stock of backdrops, pictures and props in many themes.
All our artwork is made using special fluorescent paints and materials, so that it can be used with Ultra Violet lighting, which brings out a beautiful atmospheric glow from within the Decor.
As well as producing backdrops, pictures and props to order, our experienced fitters can also install stock decor (and specialist U.V lighting) for special events and are capable of transforming any venue.
Decor may be purchased, commissioned, hired and fitted or 'dry' hired (sent to you).
We take pride in producing unique, tasteful and effective environments.
